Each project has a process.

‘Perfection has to do with the end product, but excellence has to do with the process.’ – Jerry Moran

We believe that process is key in turning your vision into a tangible and workable product.  Explore the processes below and see how we approach new projects and turn your ideas into reality.

Step 2: Conceptualise & Visualise

Research, Brainstorming and conceptualising plays a key part in getting to the best solution.  The goal of research is to learn more about your business as well as your competitors.  Once you have an understanding it’s time to generate some ideas.

1

Step 1: Project Brief

The first step to any design project is the creative brief.  This helps the designers to learn more about the project requirements and make them aware of any specific needs a client may have.  The creative brief will have a significant effect on the following steps and timeliness required for a project.

Normally, we use a ticketing system (Client Central) for any revisions, feedback, and approvals of our projects.

3

Step 3: Graphic Design

Next it’s time to build on the approved ideas and share them with you for feedback.  At this stage, we might come up with slight variations of the designs to allow you to choose the one(s) that best fit your business requirements.

4

Step 4: Finalisation & Handover

Next we’ll finalise the deliverable, making sure that all the criteria was met according to the creative brief.  The final designs will be delivered in the required format as agreed in the project briefing stage.

1

Brief and project analysis

We get acquainted with you, your company's learning culture and the content for the project. In this first phase we determine what your objectives and the expected learning outcomes  are.

From here a strategy and training analysis framework is created and agreed upon.

2

Design

Here the courses and all the pre-determined learning specifications are assembled. Course design documents and templates are created along with a basic prototype. These can then be reviewed by you to make sure were are still on the mark.

Once you are satisfied with the compilation it is over to the next step.

3

Develop

The build begins. We use the design documents and templates to and build the separate e-Learning objects  and e-Courses.

Another opportunity is given to review the material and if all requirements have been met, the learning material can be signed off.

5

Evaluation

Quality control is done right through the development process and at this stage an evaluation can be done to determine the success of the learning material and the over-all reception of the training courses .

4

Implementation

All the files are packaged and the handover begins. Here we train-the-trainer or pilot the courseware.  The last updates are made and we give the reins over to you.

Know you can load the training material onto your learning management system and start to roll-out the training.
